みつわ整形外科クリニックは、一般的な整形外科治療を基本に、スポーツ整形外科、骨粗しょう症、上下肢のむくみ（浮腫）の治療に特化した専門医療体制を構築しています。さらに、アスリートから一般の患者さんまで対応する高度なリハビリテーションシステムを提供しており、患者さんの治療後の生活の質を高めるために尽力しています。
APS治療は、特に炎症症状が強い方やヒアルロン酸注射で痛みのコントロールが難しい方に効果的とされており、痛みや腫れが強い、膝の痛みにより歩行が困難などの症状がある方が対象です。治療の流れとしては、まずは患者さんの血液を採取し、遠心分離機を用いてAPSを抽出、その後抽出したAPSを患者さんの膝関節内に注入します。全工程は1〜1.5時間程度で、日帰り治療が可能です。治療後には、一定期間の安静やアイシングなどのアフターケアが必要です。

APS therapy at the clinic is effective for individuals with strong inflammatory symptoms or those who find it challenging to control pain with hyaluronic acid injections. Target patients include those with significant pain or swelling, difficulty walking due to knee pain, and other related symptoms. The treatment process involves extracting the patient's blood, separating APS using a centrifuge, and then injecting the APS into the patient's knee joint. The entire procedure takes about 1 to 1.5 hours and can be done on an outpatient basis. Post-treatment care includes a period of rest and icing.
